By creating an account or using Hybraen, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These terms form a contract between you and Hybraen Ltd.
Hybraen analyzes prompts you're about to send and optionally suggests improvements. You decide whether to use the suggestion or stick with your original. We don't send messages on your behalf or intercept any AI service you're using separately.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Hybraen (16 in the EU). One account per person — don't share or sell access.
You agree not to:
You own everything you type. Hybraen does not claim any rights to your prompts or messages. We process them in real-time to generate suggestions — nothing is stored or used beyond that. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee it. Hybraen is provided "as is" during its beta period. We may change features, limits, or pricing with reasonable notice.
Hybraen is a suggestion tool — you are responsible for what you ultimately send to any AI model. We are not liable for the outputs of third-party AI services or for decisions you make based on enhanced prompts. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months (or $10 if you've paid nothing).
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity. On termination, we delete your data within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
