Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2025

The short version

Hybraen never reads, stores, or trains on your prompt content. We collect only anonymous, aggregated behavioral signals — things like whether you accepted or rejected a suggestion — to improve the product. No prompt text. No personal data beyond your email for authentication.

What we collect

  • Your email address — used only for authentication via Supabase.
  • Anonymous usage events: prompt quality scores, accept/reject decisions, session counts.
  • Standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited. These are not linked to your identity.

What we never collect

  • The text of your prompts or any messages you write.
  • Any AI responses you receive.
  • Anything you paste into the chat input.

How we use your data

Your email is used to authenticate you and maintain your session. Anonymous usage events are aggregated across all users to understand how the product is performing — for example, which types of prompts benefit most from enhancement. We do not sell data, share it with third parties for advertising, or use it to build individual profiles.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate Hybraen:

  • Supabase — authentication and database. Your email is stored here.
  • Anthropic — processes your prompt in real-time to generate enhancements. Anthropic does not store prompt content beyond the API call.
  • Vercel — hosts the application. Standard access logs apply.

Your rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. If you have questions or want to exercise GDPR/CCPA rights (access, correction, deletion, portability), email us at privacy@hybraen.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking cookies, no third-party advertising cookies.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify you by email before they take effect. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version.
